Welcome to AIHOSTON. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, billing dashboard, and cloud hosting services. By using AIHOSTON, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Provision

AIHOSTON provides virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and cloud infrastructure services. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA unless otherwise stated in specific Service Level Agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must ensure that your content does not violate any local or international laws, including copyright and abuse regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming (bulk unsolicited email).
• Hosting malware or phishing sites.
• Unauthorized port scanning or penetration testing.
• Mining cryptocurrency that violates resource usage limits.

4. Billing & Payments

Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay within the grace period may result in service suspension or termination. All prices are in USD.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIHOSTON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups.
