How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the AIHOSTON Billing Dashboard. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will be terminated and all data will be purged.

Refund Exceptions

• Dedicated Servers and GPU-ready nodes (due to high provisioning costs).
• Domain registrations and SSL certificates.
• Services suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming).
• Payments made via Cryptocurrencies (due to volatility and fee structures).

Processing Times

Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
