Server provisioning

Provisioning begins after payment is confirmed and the selected configuration passes availability and account checks. Progress is shown in the customer dashboard. Delivery time varies by product, operating system, location, capacity, and whether manual review is required.

Dedicated Infrastructure

Dedicated and specialized configurations may require manual availability confirmation or hardware preparation. Confirm current availability with sales before relying on a specific delivery date.

Verification & Fraud Checks

Some orders may be flagged for manual review by our security team to prevent fraud. If an order is held, AIHOSTON will contact you through the account contact details or dashboard.

Taxes & Customs

Server services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical shipping. Any applicable charge must be displayed in the order summary before payment; contact billing if the summary is unclear.
