Dedicated Infrastructure

Bare Metal and specialized GPU dedicated servers may require manual racking or hardware configuration. These services are typically delivered within 4 to 24 hours of order verification.

Verification & Fraud Checks

Some orders may be flagged for manual review by our security team to prevent fraud. If your order is held, we will contact you via email. This process typically takes no longer than 2 hours during business hours.

Taxes & Customs

Digital services do not incur physical customs duties. However, applicable VAT, GST, or Sales Tax based on your billing address will be calculated at checkout.
